Welcome to Maverick Projects, by engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  • Scope of Work: The services provided will be detailed in the agreed-upon quote and contract. Any changes must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges.
  • Project Timelines: Estimated timelines are provided as guidelines. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, material availability) will be communicated promptly.

  • Deposit: A deposit of 30% is required before project commencement.
  • Progress Payments: For larger projects, progress payments will be outlined in the contract.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and final handover.

  • Before Project Commencement: Cancellations made prior to the project start date may incur a cancellation fee to cover any incurred costs.
  • During Project: If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, you will be invoiced for the work completed up to that point.

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for 12 months from the completion date. This warranty covers defects due to faulty craftsmanship but excludes damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.

HART Renovations will not be held liable for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as supplier delays or natural disasters
